Graduating BArch student designing for people-first, inclusive futures. My work spans stadiums, civic spaces, and thermal comfort research—unpacking how spatial experience can shape climate resilience and cultural identity.
This sequence of drawings unpacks the building’s layered tectonics — from sub terrain volumes to a branching glulam structure that invites movement and light. Rooted in Lisbon’s social fabric, the architecture encourages exchange, openness, and community learning.
Supplementary visuals explore how detailing, material choice, and structure reinforce the narrative — framing thresholds, choreographing flows, and anchoring the building to site. From sunlit lattices to acoustic walling, every element supports the school’s civic and cultural role.
This project began with a simple question: how can architecture unlock opportunity? In response, it proposes a civic space that celebrates language, movement, and community — architecture not as monument, but as momentum.
